Yes it takes years of training to obtain a high show quality physique, but again dieting/food is the main tool in bodybuilding. So use these workouts to stimulate your muscle fibers and allow adequate blood flow. . . . Haven’t made a comparison post in awhile, and thought this one was a good one to come *back* with 😉 • • • Left is May of last year. Working 40 hours a week as an electrician, and starting to help with @bourbonbaekery. We had just moved into our apartment. I wasn’t eating enough, wasn’t eating right. At the gym every day, but not getting the results I truly wanted. I was proud of this picture then. • • • Fast forward to now. I’m eating 5 meals a day. Exercising 5 times a week. Eat plenty of the right things. Feeling a million times better. My body is thanking me, and definitely thanking @tyler_bedson for getting me here.
