Day 2, Week 3. I skipped gym for last 2 day because something urgent happened. I felt like shit, I don't have enough rest, and I just wanna quit from the fitness challenge. But then, I slapped good effing reasons why I can't stop. Just go to the gym, do some workout, and don't give up. Because if I give up on this how I'm going to be a person that I wanna be in next 5 years!
