I’m sharing here quick mental exercise for all those who spend their five days in a week working hard, or maybe just working that’s actually enough. If you work, that’s enough, too enough. So well, where was I? Umm... yeah the exercise. How to rejuvenate yourself, your mind while sitting in front of the computer screen for hours and hours.
1-Breatheeeeeee! Please breathe okay, breathe. You need air and stressing yourself won’t help in extending your deadlines.
2- Get up and get yourself the best coffee/tea/smoothie or whatever. Even if people don’t believe it’s the best one in the world, avoid them and enjoy your tea time.
3- To make point # 2 even better, play your most favorite songs during your coffee time. I usually go for Cheap thrills, Senorita, Pillow Talk and Bad Blood etc.
4- Roam around even if you’ve to pretend it’s only for work purposes, but get up and walk a little. It really helps in activating your body, muscles and also you give that chair some time off on which you are resting all day. Let it breathe too, what if it’s not a living thing? You cant be so mean right.
5- Chat to your best person. Be it your friend (always for me), your guy (not an option for me), or Mom/Dad at times). Laugh over best memes and things you usually discuss. This one really helps me and for this my forever constant is @mishiitariq ♥️
If you do these five things, I don’t promise but I can say you will help brain give some rest and rejuvenate it. Also try playing short games on your phone, a word puzzle or may be hangman. It helps you in brainstorming and you would feel your brain doing some healthy exercise. Well it helps me though, its a good diversion for me!!
That’s all for today and Yes, I do have tight deadlines but its okay. I’m gonna breathe ☺️
